TOMISIN OGUNNIRAN

Miss Tomisin Ogunniran is an Associate in the Firm. She holds an LLB from the University of Reading which she obtained in 2017 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018. She also holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University of London which she obtained in 2020.

She has interests in Mergers and Acquisition which she took during her LLM as well as Corporate law, Insolvency, Property law and Legal Compliance/ Due Diligence.
